Terms of Use — MemeCoop

Acceptance of the terms

By downloading, installing or using MemeCoop you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

These terms apply to the relationship between you and the developer (Dani, Spain). MemeCoop is an independent project.

Minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old to use MemeCoop. By creating an account you declare that you meet this minimum age. We reserve the right to suspend accounts of users under 13.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
Do not share your credentials with third parties.
Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
Creating fake accounts or impersonating another person is prohibited.
We may suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms.

Content you create

You keep ownership of the memes and images you create.
By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to show it to the members of your group within the app.
We do not use your content for any purpose outside the app.
You are solely responsible for the content you post.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use MemeCoop to:

Post content that is illegal, violent, hateful or sexually explicit, or that infringes the rights of others.
Harass, threaten or discriminate against other users.
Infringe copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' systems, accounts or data.
Distribute spam, malware or any other harmful content.

Breaching these rules may result in the immediate suspension of your account.

Advertising

MemeCoop may show advertising in the future through Google AdMob. Advertising helps keep the service free.

We are not responsible for the content of ads shown by third parties.

In-app purchases

In the future, MemeCoop may offer in-app purchases (cosmetic items, avatar frames or other optional content).

Payments will be processed through Google Play. We do not store payment data.
Virtual items have no real monetary value and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
Purchased items are tied to your account and are not transferable.

Limitation of liability

MemeCoop is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee an uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

Changes to the terms

We may modify these terms. We will notify you of significant changes within the app. Continuing to use MemeCoop after the notification means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Spain.
